ABOUT THE ROLE
In this key role, you will manage and drive channel sales of Quadrant's managed security and professional service offerings. This role will support our existing network of channel partners to grow channel-sourced business, as well as use their knowledge of Quadrant's offerings to identify new channel partners. The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking skills, executive presence, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work in conjunction with executive team to execute a channel partner strategy
- Identify, establish and maintain channel partner accounts as the primary account manager
- Develop specific account plans to achieve goals and exceed quota responsibility
- Coordinate with channel partners' teams to generate and deliver winning Contract Bids, Proposals, RFI/RFP Responses, and Statements of Work.
- Coordinate Quadrant resources to execute partner account sales
- Develop relationships with key decision makers, influencers and partners
- Consistently build and deliver on partner pipeline
- Travel within assigned territory is required
Required Skills
- 5+ years channel-management experience with a proven track record of significant over-quota achievement and demonstrated career stability
- Experience in the network security industry
- Superior interpersonal skills and desire to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the organization
- Experience in closing large deals
- Selling experience must include at least one of the following : 1) Network Security 2) End-point Security 3) Cloud Security
- Excellent presentation skills to executives & individual contributors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Dynamic, energetic, and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage workloads effectively

THE OPPORTUNITY
The Quadrant Product Team is looking for an experienced, passionate, customer-focused VP of Product with a strong background in managed security to lead our XDR products & services. You will help build and execute the XDR Product Roadmap in close partnership with the revenue teams, security operations, engineering, executive stakeholders, and the greater market. You will help envision and deploy new features based on market demand, optimize our Sagan product ecosystem, and put your stamp on our greater solutions environment.

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an executive product leader to join our team and spearhead the growth of our XDR solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in SaaS product management, with experience in feature development, cybersecurity, and customer experience. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization of Quadrant’s core XDR platform.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the evolution of our Sagan security analytics platform and Managed XDR solutions, defining and optimizing the roadmap for future iterations.
- Define, monitor, and report on key metrics that gauge the success of our features and functionality, identifying opportunities to accelerate engagement, optimization, and growth.
- Work with key stakeholders, from executive leadership to developers and engineers, to plan product updates, feature releases, system interfaces, and data requirements.
- Be the ultimate “owner” of the solution within the product team, maintaining the backlog, prioritizing updates, and owning the requirements.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs, pain points, and workflow, building innovative capabilities that drive engagement and differentiate our customer experience.
- Work closely and forge a strong partnership with our Client Services teams to ensure their needs and promises are represented and prioritized.
- Interact regularly with Marketing and Sales leadership for effective planning and positioning of Quadrant’s solutions, ensuring accurate messaging that resonates with the target market.
- Represent Quadrant during customer interactions, industry events, and public-facing market opportunities.
- Help conduct market and competitive research to identify new opportunities and ensure our solutions stay ahead of the competition.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in security and XDR product management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with a track record of launching successful products and features; 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, ideally in managed security, MDR, or XDR.
- Experience owning product roadmaps and defining technical requirements.
- Experience managing technical teams and leading product managers, as well as interfacing with executive leadership.
- Exceptional communication skills, both technical and non-technical, and an ability to communicate complicated concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Experience building and expanding an MDR/XDR solution, including defining requirements.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

LOCATION
Quadrant Security is headquartered in sunny Jacksonville, FL. Ideal candidates will be within a reasonable distance to regularly work from HQ. Candidates who check most boxes but are not located in northern Florida will still gain consideration, provided a willingness to work within standard business hours and travel on-site multiple times per year.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Quadrant Information Security, a growing provider of Extended Detection and Response (XDR) and other cybersecurity solutions, is looking to hire a VP of Advisory & Service Delivery. While we are headquartered in Jacksonville, FL, we are open to individuals in various markets as this role may work and report remotely. We are looking for personable, entrepreneurial, cybersecurity strategy experts with a history of succeeding in cybersecurity advisory roles. Compensation is negotiable and will be market competitive.
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred or equivalent experience required
- Consulting firm/industry experience preferred
- 7-10+ years of experience in cybersecurity w/ preference for private equity industry exposure
- Experience leading client facing engagements and working with clients up to C-suite level
- Understanding of a wide range of information security and IT methodologies, principles, technologies and techniques
- Demonstrated ability to develop new engagement opportunities in the cybersecurity consulting space; and the ability to contribute to the development of client deliverables
- Adept at leading IT risk assessments using NIST CSF or similar
- Well-versed in various compliance and/or privacy frameworks: SOC1/SOC2, ISO 20001/IEC 27001, PIPEDA, FedRAMP, GDPR, CCPA, etc.
- Excellent verbal, presentation, facilitation, and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel for client engagements
Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop proposals and engagement plans for client projects
- Actively lead, manage, and provide oversight on projects
- Participate in business development by building relationships with current and future clients
- Effectively communicate with clients regarding existing projects and upselling of additional services
- Develop and present project output to key stakeholders, including Executive and Board Level individuals
- Participate in the development of standard operating procedures and other practice initiatives
- Quality review of deliverables and externally facing content
- Provide strategic cybersecurity consulting services for private equity clients and their portfolio companies
- Execute cybersecurity M&A due diligence activities to identify, document and communicate cyber risk
- Manage client relationships to determine project requirements and provide status updates; translate requirements into concrete proposals, including detailed work plans and cost estimates, and manage expectations of client service delivery
- Leverage industry-recognized frameworks to lead risk assessments – compliance adherence, IT processes, personnel, technologies/tools– while developing implementation strategies and roadmaps to guide solution(s) delivery
- Prepare cybersecurity remediation roadmaps, with associated timelines and costs
- Assist with business development at existing clients, looking for opportunities to cross-sell solutions

Security Operations Center (SOC) Threat Analyst
Location: Jacksonville, Florida (Hybrid-Remote) or full time remote outside Jacksonville
Quadrant Information Security is always looking for SOC analysts. Due to our focus on training and employee development, the upward mobility in our SOC is fluid. We provide our analysts with a roadmap of success and support their growth to become a senior level analyst on an average time of within a year while earning industry-relevant certifications. Through proven performance and an exceptional track record, we will always seek to promote from within to teams that include but are not limited to engineering, development, threat intelligence, and penetration testing.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Self-starters who practice security at home
- Application, knowledge, or exposure to Linux, IDS/IPS tools, SIEM tools, basic networking, log analysis, packet inspection, vulnerability management, scripting and/or development languages, penetration tools, understanding of vulnerabilities and/or exploits, penetration testing, etc.

- Conducted prior research on Sagan
COLLABORATION
- This role reports to our SOC Manager
- Partner with a 24/7/265 team of SOC analysts as well as interface with teams that include but are not limited to engineering, security operations, reporting, and clients
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Eyes on target monitoring and resolution of security incidents within established customer Service Level Agreements.
- Performing real-time monitoring and analysis of security events from multiple sources, including but not limited to, events from Security Information Monitoring tools, network, and host-based intrusion detection systems, firewall logs, system logs (Unix & Windows), mainframes, applications, and databases.
- Performing documentation review and improvement, serve front line response for troubleshooting low-level engineering issues as needed.
- Communicating and escalating issues and incidents as required by process and management.
- Specializing in-network and log centric analysis.
- Using IDS, IPS, and/or other signature matching technology.
- Responding to telephone calls or emails following the provided protocols

SCHEDULE
This position requires night shift work. Please note that a day shift position will open but our SOC runs 24x7x365 and our focus right now is to hire during the night shift(s).
SOC Analysts are required to be on site their training period which is based on performance but lasts on average 6 weeks. You will then move to a 4/10 schedule. Quadrant will accommodate travel and board for beginning of your training.
