Kathrin Ritter

As chief operating officer at Quadrant Information Security, Dr. Kathrin Ritter is responsible for the global operations of the company. She has over 15 years of experience in this role and has overseen the growth and development of the company since its foundation. Her areas of responsibility include operations, business continuity and resiliency, and regulatory relations. Additionally, her leadership has focused on program development, improving operational efficiency, and developing world-class high performing teams. She has mapped a path to stability for Quadrant’s service lines with a focus on operational excellence via establishing best practices and exceptional staff. She holds a doctorate in psychology, as well as a master’s in business administration.
